Dear Family and Friends,
ACT1 was founded with the goal of helping our fellow Type 1 diabetics and
we continue to strive toward this mission. We recognize the many challenges
facing the entire Type1 community, including those who are under-insured
and uninsured.
Unfortunately, due to the large volume of requests that our Supply Exchange
Program has been receiving; we have suspended our distribution and
shipment of supplies for the immediate future.
Please be assured that we are doing everything we can to quickly resume the
Supply Exchange Program to help those who are in need of this service.
Although we have stopped distribution, ACT1 is still accepting supply
donations. We appreciate all incoming donations during these tough economic
times, as more people everyday are in desperate need of supplies like test
strips and meters.
With this continued effort, we can rebuild our program and come back much
stronger than before.
If you have extra unused and unexpired non-prescription diabetic
