Support Group for Young Women with Diabetes:
An open group that meets the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month from 6pm-7:30pm.
Topics may include:
- Feelings about exercise, eating, and body image
- Managing relationships
- Coping effectively with stress and emotions
- Discussing feelings of fear, shame, or frustration
- … and others that you can bring!
